I recently adopted a 4 mo
I recently adopted a 4 mo. mixed puppy,Lily, from a local shelter and she's as big as my youngest schnauzer, Sophie. Sophie can be very aggressive, as she has always been the alpha-dog and very protective of me and my family. Lily loves to play and doesn't understand that the older girls don't want to, and that when Sophie barks back-she's really saying to back off. I'm worried because I want them to get along, but if they don't it looks like I'll have to take Lily back. Do you have any suggestions?
