Hi my name is Amanda and we have brought our new puppy home today and introduced him to our female 9yr old staffy, and I am a bit worried, she doesn't get along with female dogs but always had no problems with males, so our puppy is a male,she seems ok with him but she wont let him do anything, she keeps walking in front of him and stopping him fro
Hi my name is Amanda and we have brought our new puppy home today and introduced him to our female 9yr old staffy, and I am a bit worried, she doesn't get along with female dogs but always had no problems with males, so our puppy is a male,she seems ok with him but she wont let him do anything, she keeps walking in front of him and stopping him from going anywhere, she wont allow him to come to any of our family, she is fine when he is lying down. This is day one should I be worried about this behavior from the 9yr old female or will it settle down , and do you have any tips on making things a little easier for my little pup?
