American Saddlebred

The American Saddlebred is a beautiful five-gaited saddle horse, originally known as the Kentucky Saddler. It was developed as a riding horse in the 19th century. This breed is characterized by easy gait and great endurance. It comes in chestnut, brown, bay and black colors and stands 15-16 hands. It is highly regarded for its very fast, even gait providing comfortable smoothness for the rider.
